Driveways lead, but decks and pavers too
Pressure washing in Wilmington averages about $125 for a smaller home and $200 for a medium-sized one. Of our 24 Wilmington jobs, 9 included a driveway, 5 a walkway, 5 a sidewalk and 4 a patio. We have also washed a back deck, pavers and a screened porch.
One even color, no wand lines
A wand held by hand leaves lines. On flat concrete we run a surface cleaner instead, so the pressure stays the same across the whole slab, like the Landfall driveway in our gallery. After the rinse, a post treatment kills what is left in the concrete so the dark growth takes longer to come back. Pavers and decks get a different approach than a driveway.
The house is a different job
We do not pressure wash siding; houses get a soft wash. Eight of our Wilmington concrete jobs were booked with a house wash and six with window cleaning, and two or more services take 20% off the whole bill. September and May are our busiest months for Wilmington concrete.
