Pressure washing a house is the wrong tool
House washing in Wilmington averages about $150 for a smaller home and $275 for a medium-sized one. Plenty of people search for pressure washing when this is what they need. High pressure is how vinyl cracks and paint gets damaged, and it drives water into the wall. A soft wash puts the cleaning solution on gently, lets it kill the algae and mildew where they grow, and rinses it away.
What our Wilmington house washes have covered
Brick and siding, a house and its shed, front steps and a porch, and the white fence railing in Autumn Hall shown below. Fifteen of the 38 were booked with another service, most often window cleaning or the driveway, which takes 20% off the whole bill.
When people book it
Most of our Wilmington house washes happen from March through June and again in September. ZIP codes 28409, 28411 and 28403 account for most of them. Plants get a rinse before and after, outlets get taped, and you do not need to be home.

House washing reviews
"Chris and Nick did a fabulous job cleaning our house and windows. Very professional." (Lynda B., April 2026)
"Nick and his brother from Window Cleaning Wizards did an outstanding job washing our house and porches. From their super friendly attitudes and professionalism it really speaks volumes on their integrity. This should be a model of a customer approach for all small business owners as something customers really appreciate it." (Joe P., June 2025)
