Exterior Cleaning for Wrightsville Beach Homes

Wrightsville Beach is the one town where we do as much house washing and driveway cleaning as window cleaning, because the ocean hits every surface at once.

19 jobs on 10 Wrightsville Beach streets since April 2025 (as of September 2026).

What the ocean does to a beach house

On the island, salt spray settles on the glass, the siding, the deck and the driveway all at the same time. Our Wrightsville Beach work is split almost evenly between house washing, driveway and concrete cleaning, and window cleaning, with a roof wash as well. The gallery shows a paver patio, algae-covered wood stairs, two window jobs and a house wash here.

Concrete close to the water stays damp and grows algae fast, which makes it slick. We finish every driveway with a post treatment so it stays clean longer and dries without stripes.

Owners who are not on the island

A lot of Wrightsville Beach owners live somewhere else. Exterior work does not need you there; for outside-only window cleaning, just have the screens out before we arrive. Tell us about gate codes and parking when you book, and the invoice comes to you when the job is done.
