What we do in Southport
Window cleaning is the service Southport customers book most from us, followed by house washing. We have also done roof and driveway work here, including a walkway in St. James that is in our photo gallery.
Older homes need a gentler wash
Southport has a lot of older homes with painted wood siding and trim, and those cannot take a pressure washer. We soft wash them: a low-pressure rinse with a cleaning solution that kills mildew and algae, so the paint and caulk stay put. The same method works on vinyl in the newer neighborhoods.
The river and marsh keep the air damp, so shaded siding and north-facing walls turn green faster here than in drier inland towns. Live oaks over the house also mean gutters fill faster.
St. James and other gated communities
For gated communities like St. James, add us to your visitor list the day before. You do not need to be home for exterior work, and for outside-only window cleaning, just take the screens out before we arrive. If we are cleaning windows inside and out, someone needs to be home.

What our customers say
"These two gentlemen, Chris and Nick, do a great job!! Our windows look great and the white trim on our house and deck is so white and clean! They are both so friendly and courteous. This is the second year we have used their services and will most definitely use them again!" (Debby H., June 2026)
"The two brothers did a fantastic job. They washed inside and outside of windows. In addition, they removed screens and washed them. My large sunroom windows are sparkling. Thank you for doing a fantastic job!" (Carol R., November 2025)
