Most Leland homes get the inside done too
Window cleaning in Leland costs about $125 for a smaller home and $250 for a medium-sized home, and most of our Leland customers have us do the glass inside and out. In our records, 102 Leland home visits covered both sides and 42 were outside only. Inside work includes the tracks and sills, and the screens come out, get cleaned and go back in.
For inside and out, someone needs to be home, since the screens come out from inside. We move furniture away from the windows and put it back when we finish. For outside only, you do not need to be home, but please take the screens out before we arrive.
Sunrooms, skylights and Eze-Breeze porches
Leland homes have a lot of extra glass. Nine of our Leland jobs included a sunroom, six included Eze-Breeze porch panels, and two included skylights, like the Brunswick Forest skylight below. Mention these when you ask for a quote so the price covers them. Eze-Breeze panels are vinyl, so we clean and condition them instead of treating them like glass.
Spots that will not wipe off
Hard water is the most common thing we fight on Leland glass. Fresh spots come off in a normal cleaning. Buildup that has baked on for years needs a separate hard water treatment, and we tell you before we start if your windows need it. May and July are our busiest Leland window months.

What it costs
Leland pays the same prices as every other town we serve: about $125 for a smaller home, $250 for a medium-sized home and $450 or more for a larger one. Twenty-seven of our Leland window jobs were booked together with another service, usually a house wash or gutter cleaning, which takes 20% off the whole bill. See the pricing page for what each service includes.
