Pre Appointment Instructions

Thank you for choosing Window Cleaning Wizards! We're excited to provide you with top-quality service. To ensure a smooth and efficient experience, here's what you need to know before your appointment.

 

NO PREP NEEDED!

 

We make it easy for you—no special prep work is required! However, here are a few things that will help us work efficiently and safely while delivering the best results.

 

General Guidelines for All Services:

  • Furniture & Obstructions: No need to move anything--we'll take care of it and return everything to its original place. If you have fragile or valuable items near service areas, we recommend relocating them beforehand as a precaution.

  • Pets: For their safety (and ours), please secure pets indoors or in a designated area while we work.

  • Water Access: If your service requires water (pressure washing, house washing, or exterior window cleaning), please ensure an outdoor spigot is available and turned on.

  • Windows & Doors: Please ensure all windows and doors are securely closed to prevent water from getting inside.

  • Parking & Access: If possible, please provide space in your driveway or near the work area for our equipment and vehicles.

Service-Specific Instructions:

Window Cleaning

  • Screens: No need to remove them! We'll carefully take them out and reinstall them after cleaning.

  • Interior Access: If we're cleaning inside windows, please ensure someone is home or provide access arrangements in advance.

 

Gutter Cleaning

  • Debris Removal: We'll remove all leaves, dirt, and blockages from your gutters and downspouts. If you have a designated area for us to place the debris, just let us know. Otherwise, we will haul it away.

  • Roof & Ladder Access: If we need to access the roof, please ensure there are no obstructions near entry points.

 

Pressure Washing & House Washing

  • Outdoor Items: If possible, please move small items (decor, potted plants, doormats, etc.) away from the areas being cleaned. We can assist with larger items if needed.

  • Delicate Plants & Landscaping: If you have delicate plants near your home, let us know so we can take extra precautions to protect them.

  • Electrical Outlets & Fixtures: We recommend turning off power to exterior outlets, light fixtures, and electronic components before our arrival to prevent water exposure. If you're unsure how to do this, let us know, and we'll take extra precautions while working.

 

Weather & Rescheduling

  • We monitor the weather closely. If conditions (such as heavy rain, lightning, or extreme winds) prevent us from working safely, we may need to reschedule. We'll notify you as soon as possible.

  • If you need to reschedule, please give us at least 24 hours notice so we can adjust our schedule accordingly.

 

On the Day of Your Appointment

  1. Our team will arrive within the scheduled time window. If there are any delays, we'll keep you updated.

  2. We will perform a walkthrough before starting to confirm the scope of work.

  3. Once the job is complete, we'll do a final check to ensure your satisfaction.
